Performance-based evacuation investigation in large open stadium

以某敞开式体育馆为例,使用基于性能化防火设计的方法,对其人员疏散的时间进行了测算,发现疏散所需时间超出《建筑设计防火规范》的要求,火灾危险性较大。为提升疏散效率,提出了就近疏散与平均化疏散相结合的综合性疏散的策略,在添加语音广播系统的基础上增加疏散指示信息,将有效提升人员疏散的效率,为体育馆的防火设计提供有效科学支撑。

Focused on an open stadium, evacuation time was cal- culated based on performance-based fire protection design meth od. It was found that evacuation time was longer than the re quirements of the stadium evacuation time in the code for build- ing fire protection design. In order to improve evacuation effi ciency,comprehensive evacuation strategy was designed here, inclu- ding nearest evacuation and average evacuation strategies. These measures could improve the efficiency of the evacuation from the stadium and support the fire protection design of stadium.
