摘要
从防火间距、防火堤有效容积、泡沫系统和消防冷却水参数等方面,对比分析国内外大型浮顶罐区相关标准规范要求,提出应基于火灾场景风险分析优化罐区布局和消防资源配置。同时,针对大型浮顶油罐区火灾风险特征,结合罐区的消防系统配置,给出了典型初始火灾场景的发展趋势及其影响因素。在此基础上,提出了消防系统预防罐区初始火灾升级影响因子的确定方法,有助于分析评估罐区消防系统的有效性,提高石化罐区火灾风险的综合防范水平。
Comparative analysis of fire protection standards and code on the large oil tank farm was performed from the way of fire separation distance, virtual capacity of dike, major parameters of foam extinguishing system and cooling water system, and it was proposed that layout of tank farm and design of fire protection systems might be based on fire scenarios risk assess- ment. Moreover, according to {ire risk characteristics of large tank farm with distribution of fire protection system, it was i- dentified and discussed on the risk factors affecting escalation of initiating fire scenarios and development model. Furthermore, the estimated method on reduction in initiating frequencies of fire for fire protection measures was introduced. This plays an important role in assessing the system availability of fire protec tion for large oil tank farm, and improves the integrative pre- venting and controlling fire risk level of tank farm.
