摘要
通过温室水培,研究渗透胁迫和磷对修剪条件下的草地早熟禾生长的影响。结果表明,渗透胁迫使同等磷处理植株修剪草屑干质量、修剪草屑总干质量、地下部分干质量、修剪草屑含水量下降,根冠比增加。磷的加入促进草地早熟禾的生长,使植株修剪草屑干质量、修剪草屑总干质量、地下部分干质量、修剪草屑含水量增加。相对于不抗旱品种Brilliant,抗旱品种Midnight在渗透胁迫下的高生长量对草坪品质及其功能的发挥具有重要作用。
Effects of osmotic stress and phosphorus on growth of Kentucky Bluegrass were explored under hydroponic culture and mowing conditions in greenhouse. The results showed that dry mass of clippings, total dry mass of clippings, dry mass of roots, and water contents of shoots were decreased significantly and ratios of roots to shoots were increased by osmotic stress at the same phosphorus treatment. The growth of Kentucky Bluegrass was promoted and dry mass of clippings, total dry mass of clippings, dry mass of roots, and water contents of clippings were increased with the increase of exogenous phosphorus addition. Higher growth of the drought-tolerance variety, Midnight, under osmotic stress plays an important role in maintaining the quality and function of turf, compared with the drought-sensitive variety, Brilliant.
