砧木南瓜F_1代及其亲本幼苗对盐胁迫的响应 被引量:4

The Respons of Pumpkin Seedlings of Rootstock Hybrid F_1(Cucurbita maxima×Cucurbita moschata) and their Parents to Salt Stress

摘要 以青农南瓜砧木1、砧木2及其亲本父本1、父本2、母本1、母本2幼苗为试材,进行100mmol/L NaCl胁迫,研究胁迫对南瓜幼苗过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、脯氨酸及可溶性蛋白质的影响。结果表明,NaCl胁迫使各砧木南瓜幼苗的生长显著受到抑制,处理后幼苗的POD、CAT活性及脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质含量均比对照高。综合各指标的测定结果认为,母本2幼苗的耐盐性相对较强,砧木处于中间。可见,最耐盐的南瓜品种是青农大的母本2。 Qingnong pumpkin stock 1, stock 2 and their parents were used as the material to study the effects of salt stress on the POD, CAT, proline and soluble protein of pumpkin seedlings treated with 100 mmol/L NaC1. The results showed that salt stress on the pumpkin seedling rootstocks significant-y inhibited the growth of seedlings. POD and CAT activity were relatively higher than that of the control treatment; proline and soluble protein content were relatively higher than that of the control. Based on the analysis, the seedlings of female parent two has relatively strong salt-tolerance, root stocks have medium salt-tolerance. The female parent two was selected to be the variety with the strongest salt-tolerance.
