高职院校辅导员思想政治教育工作实效性探析

辅导员队伍是高职院校教师队伍的重要组成部分之一。辅导员队伍是保障高职院校稳定发展与教书育人目标实现的重要基石。辅导员岗位与学生之间的联系十分密切,是高职院校思想政治教育的基层工作岗位,是思想政治教育的坚实力量。随着国家对高职教育政策的大力发展及扶持,高职院校扩招实施以来,由于大学生数量的不断增加,导致高职院校的思想政治教育工作面临极大挑战与困难。此时,加强高职院校辅导员思想政治教育问题显得尤其突出及重要。因此,高职院校应采取积极措施,提高辅导员队伍思想政治教育工作的实效性,保障高职院校大学生的思想政治教育工作的顺利进行。

The counselor team is an important part of the teacher team in higher vocational colleges. The counselor team is an im- portant cornerstone of ensuring the stable development of higher vocational colleges and the realization of education goals. Coun- selors have a close relationship with students, so they are on the grass-roots post of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. With the development and support of national educational policy for higher vocational education, the enrollment of higher vocational colleges is expanding, which leads to a severe challenge and difficulty for ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. In view of this, enhancing the coun- selor＇s ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is particularly important. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should take active measures to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education for the counselor team, so as to ensure the successful implementation of college students＇ ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.
