The head teacher should pay attention to the cultivation of stu- dents＇ sense of collective honor and the establishment of their correct values, the touch of students＇ mind and the cultivation of their sense of responsibility, the equal treatment of every student and the establishment of a relaxed and harmonious environment for moral education.
