浅析大学生社会实践项目化管理的模式构建

A Brief Analysis on the Construction of the Project-based Management Mode for College Students' Social Practice

社会实践活动作为大学生学习生涯的重要组成部分,长期受到极大关注。在高校实际工作中如何有效规划实践内容、制定实践方式成为决定实践活动成功与否的关键因素。本文在描述当前高校大学生社会实践问题的基础上,分析大学生社会实践项目化管理的内涵及可行性,并提出了相应的管理模式。

The social practice activity, as an important part of col- lege students＇ learning career, has always been attached to much importance. In practical college work, how to effectively plan practice contents and make practice ways has become a key ele- ment determining the success or failure of practice activities. Based on describing the current college students＇ social practice, this paper analyzes the connotation and feasibility of the pro- ject-based management mode for college students＇ social prac- tice, and proposes correspondin~ management modes.
