Exploration of Training Modes of Professional Talents in Mining Industry

针对目前采矿工程人才培养与企业需求脱节的现象,在"卓越计划"思想的指导下,从培养方案、培养模式、实习模式三个方面探索了培养采矿工程专业人才的方法和途径。

In view of the phenomenon on professional talents training out of contact with the needs of enterprises in mining in- dustry, under the guidance of ＂excellence＂, the methods and ways of training professional talents in mining industry were ex- plored from three aspects, which are training plan, training mode and practice mode.
