摘要
目的:对体育专业和非体育专业大学生体育意识和体育行为进行比较,分析影响体质的因素,以更好地促进大学生健康教育和大学体育科学开展。方法:问卷调查法,数理统计法。结果:"减轻压力、调节情绪;提高运动能力;防病、治病;专业需要"是学生体育锻炼的主要动机,"惰性;学习忙、缺少时间;缺乏指导、缺乏场地设施"是学生参加体育锻炼的主要障碍;结论:体育专业学生的体育意识和体育行为优于非体育专业学生,学校应在改善非体育专业学生的体育意识和体育行为方面采取积极的措施。
Objective: The aim of this article is to compare the physi- cal education(P.E.) consciousness and behaviors between sport ma- jor students and non-sport major Students and analyze the domi- nants affecting students' physique, so as to better promote the health education of university students and the scientific implementation of university physical education. Methods: Questionnaire survey and statistics. Results: This article found that those incentives urge the students to do physical exercises such as relaxing, adjusting e- motions, improving sport capacity, preventing and healing illness and catering for the major requirement. Besides, the obstacles are laziness, busyness, lack of time, lack of guidance and lack of sport plant and equipment. Conclusions: Generally speaking, the physi- cal consciousness and behaviors of sport major students are better than those of non-sport major students. Therefore, the institute could take effective measures to improve the sport consciousness and behaviors among non-sport major students.
