本文对游戏方法在高校生足球训练中的效果研究,得出了游戏法在高校足球训练中起到的较为明显积极的作用,有助于激发学生的学习兴趣,提高教练员的教学质量,更有助于学生熟练地掌握足球训练中关键的技术动作,比如传球、射门、停球等。体育游戏内容丰富多彩,在高校生足球训练的过程中得到了有效的证明,深受广大高校生和教练员的喜爱。

This paper makes a research on the effect of applying game-based method in university football training, and concludes that game-based method plays a significantly positive role in u- niversity football training, as it is conducive to the simulation of students＇ learning interest, the improvement of coaches＇ teaching quality, and more importantly, students＇ skillful mastery of the key technical movement in football training, such as passing the ball, shooting at the goal, stopping the ball, and so on. Sports games are abundant and colorful in content, and they are effec- tively validated in the process of university football training, so they are deeply favored by the majority of university students and coaches.
