构建高效的学生工作团队对于高校稳定和发展具有重要意义。笔者把管理学中的"走动管理"引入学生工作团队中重新构建了新的团队合作模式,提出了高校学生工作团队建设的思路。

It is significant to build efficient working team for the stability and development of universities. A new teamwork mode is constructed based on the management by walking around, which provides a new method for the team building of student management in universities.
