中等职业学校班主任如何做好班级管理工作

On Head Teachers' Class Management in Secondary Vocational Schools

目前中等职业学校教育教学,在生源上与其他本科院校有很大的不足,一是生源的质量较差、学生的基础知识薄弱,同时学生的厌学现象严重,而学生与家长对学校的期望大,所以班级的管理就显得尤为重要。特别是对我们中职卫校来说,在教学和管理上和其他院校有着明显的不同。所以本文主要针对中职卫校的班级管理和教学,提出小小的见解和意见。

Compared with other undergraduate colleges, there are many shortcomings in the student source of secondary vocational schools, for example, the quality of student source is poor and students＇ basic knowledge is weak, and the phenomenon of stu- dents＇ weariness of learning is serious, and besides, students and parents expect much of schools, so class management is particu- larly important, especially in secondary medical vocational col- leges where the teaching and management are obviously different from those in other colleges. In view of the class management and teaching in secondary medical vocational colleges, some views and suggestions are proposed in this paper.
