当前高校毕业生就业问题及对策探析

Analysis on the Problems and Countermeasures of the Current College Graduates' Employment

就业工作是一个系统工程,具有战略性与长期性特点,面对逐年变化的外部环境,要不断创新思路,与时俱进,做好高校毕业生就业工作,维护社会和谐稳定。本文在分析当前高校毕业生就业存在问题的基础上,探讨在新时期如何做好高校毕业生就业工作,促进高校毕业生就业。

Employment is a systematic project with strategic and long-term characteristics, therefore, faced with the yearly chang- ing external environment, we should continuingly innovate ideas and keep pace with the times, so as to well implement the work of college graduates＇ employment and maintain the harmony and stability of the society. Based on an analysis of the current prob- lems existing in college graduates＇ employment, this paper ex- plores how to well carry out the work of college graduates＇ em- ployment and promote their graduation in the new period.
