我国生态文明建设需要理性的认识和齐心的行动。理性的认识是不仅指从客观的经济发展方式来理解造成我国严峻生态形势的根本原因,从而诉诸于转型发展的解决路径;而且指从全面的视角看待我国生态形势,从而使我们在充满信心的同时保持高度的生态忧患意识。齐心的行动,是指我们在应对各种生态问题时,不能各私其利、各自为政,而必须以公共利益为重,同心协力采取行动。惟其如此,才能实现美丽中国的目标。

The ecological civilization construction in China needs rational understanding and joint action. The rational understand- ing is not only to understand the basic reasons causing China＇s severe ecological situation in the way of objective economic de- velopment and appeal to the solution of transformed development, but also to view China＇s ecological situation from a comprehen- sive perspective, so as to make us with full confidence at the same time of keeping the consciousness of ecological anxiety. The joint action means that when dealing with various ecological problems, we should not just maintain our own interests and take self-re- liant measures, but pay attention to public interests and make joint effort. Only in this way can the goal of beautiful China be realized.
