摘要
文中以中国石化化工销售公司为背景,介绍了物流系统中物流与商流的运作特点,指出化工物流运作中信息化需要突出解决的问题。提出了在自主开发的物流信息系统中物流服务商、仓库物流设旋和生产企业物流设施3个资源库的构建方案,并采用AHP层次分析法对筛选的结果进行评价,为业务人员提供辅助决策。既达到了强化物流服务商管理的目的,也实现了物流方案智能化决策的功能。
This paper introduces the business flow and logistic function of the Sinopec Chemical Sales Company, proposing some information problems existed in the logistics services. Then, it proposes a construction scheme of three resource libraries built in logistics information management system developed by Sinopec independently: logistics services, warehouse logistics facilities and enterprise production logistics facilities resource. At last using the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the results of screening, to provide decision support for the staff, which not only strengthens the management of the third party logistics company, but also realizes the logistics plan intelligent decision function.
