摘要
目的研究机械通气在重症哮喘急救中的应用效果。方法选取2011年5月—2012年5月于我院进行救治的支气管哮喘患者36例为本次研究的通气组,选取2007年2月—2008年2月于我院治疗的支气管哮喘患者30例为本次研究的对照组,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果通气组36例患者中32例患者抢救成功,1例患者由于多项器官出现衰竭,抢救无效,死亡。对照组30例患者中25例患者抢救成功,但各项指标稳定性不强,5例死亡。治疗后,通气组呼吸频率、心率均低于对照组,氧分压、二氧化碳分压、pH值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论机械通气技术在治疗重症哮喘过程中效果良好,能及时缓解呼吸肌疲劳,降低呼吸分泌物对患者呼吸的负面影响,从而使病情得到有效控制。
Objective To explore the application effect of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of severe asth- ma. Methods 36 patients with bronchial asthmaticus treated in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2012 enter into the ventila- tion group, 30 patients with bronchial asthmaticus treated in our hospital from February 2007 to February 2008 enter into the con- trol group. The curative effect was compared between two groups. Results 32 patients were rescued successfully in 36 cases of ventilation group, 1 patient was rescued invalid death due to multiple organ failure. 25 patients were rescued successfully in 30 cases of control group, but the stability of the indicators was not strong, 5 cases died. Breathing rate and heart rate of ventilation group were lower than the control group after treatment, the oxygen partial pressure, CO2 partial pressure and pH value were higher than the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Mechanical ventilation technology has good effect in severe asthma treatment, which can timely relieve respiratory muscle fatigue, reduce the negative impact of respiratory secretions on the patients breathing, so that the condition has been effectively controlled.
