自拟化浊降脂方治疗脂肪肝临床观察

Clinical Observation of Self-made“Turbidity-melting and Lipid-reducing Decoction”in Treating Fatty Liver

观察自拟化浊降脂方 (生黄芪、陈皮、苍术、茯苓、泽泻、丹参、郁金、莪术、赤芍药、姜黄、生山楂、何首乌、枸杞子 )治疗 58例脂肪肝的疗效 ,疗程 2个月。结果 :治愈 2 1例 ,显效 2 6例 ,有效8例 ,无效 3例 ,总有效率 94 8% ;治疗前后血脂指标比较 ,血清总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)降低(P <0 0 5～ <0 0 1) ,高密度脂蛋白 (HDL -C)升高 (P <0 0 5)。

patients with fatty liver were treated by self made“Turbidity melting and Lipid reducing Decoction”(raw astragalus root,tangerine peel,atractylodes rhizome,poria,curcuma root,zedoary,red peony root,turmeria,raw hawthorn fruit,fleece flower root and wolfberry fruit)for 2 months.Results showed recovery in 21 cases,marked effect in 26 cases,effectiveness in 8 cases and failure in 3 cases and the total effective rate was 94 8%;after treatment,total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)dropped(P<0 05～0.01)while high density lipoprotein(HDL)elevated(P<0 05)
