《上海中医药杂志》临床治疗研究论文评价

Assessment of the Thesis on Clinical Research in Shanghai Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine

为了解我国中医药领域临床治疗研究论文现状 ,改进和提高论文的学术水平 ,按照循证医学标准 ,对《上海中医药杂志》1980至 1998年的全部临床治疗研究论文进行回顾性检索和分析。19年间的临床治疗研究论文共计 1971篇 ,其中随机对照试验 (RCTs) 181篇 ,占 9 18% ;临床对照试验 (CCTs) 195篇 ,占 9 89%。《上海中医药杂志》的临床治疗研究论文质量较高 ,且近年有可喜进步。但我国中医药临床研究科研设计尚不够严谨 ,存在一些问题 ,影响研究结果的真实性。运用现代流行病学方法 ,加强科研设计 。

To know the current condition of the thesis on clinical researches of Chinese medicine in China and to improve it,all the theses on clinical research in Shanghai Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine between 1980～1998 were retrieved and analyzed in light of the standard of evidence based.Among the total 1971 theses,random control test(RCT)was applied in 181(9 18%)and clinical control test(CCT)in 195(9 89%).Shanghai Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine presents high quality theses and makes a great improvement.However,scientific project of clinical study is not rigorous enough,which affects the theses.It is crucial to enhance the programm to imrpove the theses.
