摘要
目的是在某高技校的《解决问题能力训练》课堂教学中实施学生自我评价,探索其对教学的影响,并试图取消传统的纸笔考试,拟用学生自我评价的结果作为该课程的结业成绩。过程与方法是针对教学内容与训练目标,实施了四次学生自我评价,分析学生自评、互评与师评的差异性,并通过问卷调查来验证学生自评的准确性,调查其对教学的影响。结果显示学生自评与互评的差异显著,学生自评相比于师评也明显偏高;课堂实施学生自我评价能促进学生的自我观察、自我反思与自我矫正。结论为学生自我评价的准确性不高,不宜使用学生评价的结果作为结业成绩;学生自我评有助于激发学生内在的学习动机,能有效提升教学的效果。
To check the accuracy in the students self evaluation and find out the effect on teaching, this study adopted students' self evaluation in the teaching of" problem solving skills training ". Action research method and questionnaire research method were used in the study. Although the students' self evaluation accuracy is not high, this research shows that students' self evaluation is particularly effective to make the students clear about their advantages and disadvantages, and it can also promote the students to take a good attitude towards their studies, thus enhance their interest in learning, and encourage students' autonomous learning. So it makes teaching perfect.
