新生隐球菌黑素生成的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 新生隐球菌作为一种条件致病菌日益受到重视 ,感染主要在艾滋病和其他免疫功能受损的患者中发生。新生隐球菌产生数种毒力因子 ,而产生的黑素是一明确的重要的毒力因子。本文从黑素的产生、可能的致病机理 ,催化产生黑素的酚氧化酶的特性及其结构基因的研究现状等方面进行综述。
