摘要
通过叶轮断口的宏观分析和微区化学成分能谱分析得出了叶轮断裂的原因,提出了避免叶轮断裂的方法,并对叶轮的制造提出了建设性的意见。
The cause of impeller fracture was found according to the macro analysis and microscopic energy spectrum analysis of chemical composition of the fracture. This paper puts forward the method of avoiding impeller fracture and gives some constructive suggestions on the manufacturing of impeller.
