摘要
目的:痛经是妇科常见病多发病,对妇女生理心理影响较大,临床也无特效疗法。用推拿的方法能有效治疗痛经,用宣蛰人软组织治疗方法能提高治疗的效果。方法:通过对56例患者进行分组治疗,对照组26例采用普通推拿方法,治疗组30例采用宣蛰人软组织治疗方法。结果:1个疗程后,对照组治愈率23.81%,总有效率85.71%;治疗组治愈率40.90%,总有效率95.45%。无论是治愈率还是总有效率宣蛰人软组织治疗方法都明显高于普通推拿组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宣蛰人软组织治疗方法治疗痛经病效果显著。
Objective：To explore effects of Xuanzheren soft tissue treatment method on women with dysmenorrhea. Methods： 56 patients were divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （26 cases）, The cases in control group were treated by or- dinary massage, whereas those in treatment group were treated by Xuanzheren soft tissue treatment method. Results： After a course of treatment, the cure rate and total effective rate of control group were 23.81% and 85.71% , whereas those of treatment group were 40. 90% and 95.45% , respectively. The cure rate and the total effective rate of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Xuanzheren soft tissue treatment method for treating dysmen0rrhea disease is remarkable in effects.
