摘要
目的:探讨年轻护士长任职后的压力与应对。方法:针对年轻护士长存在的专业知识、管理水平、人际关系等方面压力进行分析总结,提出对策。结果:通过加强业务和管理知识学习,提高综合素质,加快角色的转变,掌握沟通技巧,建立和谐的内部关系,培养应变能力等方面,不断提高护理管理能力。结论:年轻护士长通过培训考核,保持了饱满的热情,做到劳逸结合,用一颗平常的心对待工作,方能达到解压效果。
Objective: To investigate stress and coping of young head nurses after holding the post. Methods: The pressures of the young head nurses in professional knowledge, management level, interpersonal relationship and the like were summarized, and then some solutions were proposed. Results: Through the learning of the business and management knowledge, the young head nurses could improve their overall quality, speed up the role change, master the communication skills, establish a harmonious internal relationship, cultivate their emergency ability, and then could continuously improve their nursing management capabilities. Conclusions: The young head nurses could reduce the stress through training and examination, maintain a full of enthusiasm, make a balance between the work and rest, and recreate an ordinary mood towards work.
