Research on the Construction Mode of the English Teaching Team of Shanxi TV University

拥有一支高素质、高质量的英语师资队伍,是保证英语教学质量,培养与国际社会接轨的复合型人才的关键。针对目前电大英语师资队伍建设的现状及存在的问题,进行了分析,并就此提出了相应的对策和措施。

Having a high--standard and high--quality English teaching team is the key to guarantee the quality of English teaching, and to cultivate interdisciplinary talents conforming with international society. Aiming at the current situation and problems existing in the English teaching team of Shanxi TV University, we have analyzed them and put forward some corresponding policies and measures.
