痤螨净霜治疗痤疮和蠕形螨病疗效观察

Observations on curative effect of acne and mite cleaning creme on curing acne and demodicidosis

目的 观察自制痤螨霜治疗寻常痤疮和蠕形螨病的治疗效果。方法 受试者随机分组 :痤疮和蠕形螨病的治疗组涂搽痤螨净霜 ,痤疮对照组涂搽 3 .5 %过氧化苯甲酰霜 ,蠕形螨病对照组涂搽 5 %甲硝唑霜 ;皆每日 2次 ,完成治疗达 6周者 ,进行疗效判定。结果 痤螨净霜治疗痤疮的痊愈率为 45 .97% ,有效率(痊愈率 +显效率 )为 81.45 % ,与对照组比较 ,均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;痤螨净霜治疗蠕形螨病的痊愈率为 30 .36 % ,有效率 76 .79% ,均明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 痤螨净霜治疗寻常痤疮和蠕形螨病疗效确切 ,且无明显毒副作用 。

Objective To observe the curative effect of acne and mite cleaning creme made by ourselves on curing acne vulgaris and demodicidosis.Methods To divide the subjects into groups at random:the curing group of those who are suffered from acne and demodicidosis apply the acne and mite cleaning creme ,the control group of the acne patients apply 3.5 % benzoyl peroxide creme,the control group of patients of demodicidosis apply 5 % metronidazole creme.Each group applys its creme twice a day, and check the curative effect 6 weeks later.Results The rate of fully recovery of the experimental group is 45.97 %,so the effective rate(both of the rate of fully recovery and the rate of tangible results)is 81.45 % .Compared with the control group ,there are obvious difference (P <0.05).The rate of fully recovery from the experimental group is 30.36 %,so the effective rate is 76.79 %,both are much higher than the control group( P <0.05).Conclusion The acne and mite cleaning creme has reliable curative effect on curing the acne vulgaris and demodicidosis without toxic and side effects.It can be widely applied in clinical practice.
