摘要
目的 探讨稀土化合物氯化铈 (CeCl3)在防治瘢痕中的作用。方法 将不同浓度的氯化铈与鼠 3T3成纤维细胞混合培养 ,以MTT法测定细胞活力。结果 氯化铈在 1.0mmol/l时就对鼠 3T3成纤维细胞的生长有抑制作用 ,并随浓度梯度增加而抑制率增高。结论 稀土化合物氯化铈 。
Objective To investigate the effect of the rare earth com pound CeCl 3 on the prevention of scar formatin.Methods differ ent concentrations of CeCl 3 were mixed with NTH 3T3 fibroblasts and the cytoac tivity of fibroblasts was determined by MTT. Results When the concentraion of CeCl 3 bibroblasts decreased with the increase of the concentra tion. Conclusion The rare earth compound CeCl 3 will probably provide a new way or the prevention of scar.
