信息化时代下,电信数据既是一种重要的证据种类,又能够成为选择性侦查的有益补充,为侦查指引新的方向。通过对数据留存的必要性和可行性进行分析,同时借鉴西方国家在此领域成熟的立法和实践经验,以期在我国逐步建立数据留存制度。

In the information age, teledata not only serves as an important type of evidence, but is also a useful complement to selective investigation; it points out a new way for investigation. This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of data retention and draws on the legislation and experiences of western countries in this field with the view to gradually establish data retention system in China.
