摘要
沥青路面层间结合面是路面结构的薄弱环节,路面层间抗剪强度是衡量沥青路面施工质量的重要因素之一,为了检测路面层间抗剪强度,保证施工质量,设计开发了一套沥青路面层间剪应力检测仪,该检测仪采用蓄电池供电,不仅适用于实验室室内试验,还适用于施工现场的实时检测,不仅可以完成数据采集并实时显示,还可看到剪切力随时间变化的曲线,测试精度和自动化程度得以提高。主要介绍了该检测仪机械系统的结构和工作原理、控制系统的设计以及该设备的实际使用效果。
The laying surface of asphalt pavement interlayer is the weak link of its structure. The interlaminar shear strength is an important factor to measure the construction quality. In order to detect the interlaminar shear strength and ensure construction quality, a battery-powered shear stress measuring instrument between layers of asphalt pavement was designed and developed, which can both meet indoor and outdoor testing. The measuring instrument not only can complete the data acquisition and real-time display, but also can get the curve of shear stress. The test precision and automation can be improved. This thesis introduces the structure and operational principle of mechanical system, the design of control system and the practical effects of this measuring instrument.
