摘要
高校实现军民科技融合可持续发展,是国防建设实现科技创新水平提升的迫切需求。文章基于组织理论视角,分析了国防科研团队的特点以及组织理论对国防科研团队的适用性,从组织设计、组织结构、组织制度、组织信息沟通、组织文化、风险管理和管理者素质等7个方面探讨了高校内部影响国防科研团队创新的主要因素。
Sustainable development of civil-military integration in university is an urgent need to achieve the improvement of scientific and technological innovation in national defense construction. From the perspective of organization theory, this arti- cle analyzed the characteristics of national defense scientific research team and the applicabilities of organization theory. Main factors which affect innovation of national defense scientific research team in universities were further discussed in terms of organization design,organization structure, organization institution, organization information communication, organization culture, risk management and administrator' s professional quality.
