SDN企业的生态协同创新模型研究

Research on SDN Enterprise's Ecological Collaborative Innovation Model

多功能开放型企业供需网(SDN)的提出为传统的企业经营管理模式提供了一种新的思路,SDN中的节点企业不再通过激烈的竞争来求得生存,而是通过协同创新来实现互利共赢。为了研究SDN企业协同创新的模式和机制,运用了生态学的思想,归纳出SDN企业的生态学特性,提出了SDN企业协同创新的四种生态协同模式,并借鉴种群动力学中的Lotka-Volterra模型进行协同创新模型的构建与分析,指出SDN企业间的协同创新是SDN企业寻求合作共赢的一种途径。

SDN（ Supply and Demand Network with multifunctional and opening characteristics for enterprise） is proposed to provide a new idea for the traditional enterprise management mode, and the node enterprises in SDN are no longer to survive through the fierce competition, but to achieve mutual benefits through the collaborative innovation measures. In order to study the innovative mode and mechanisms of SDN ,and based on the idea of ecology,the paper summed up the ecological characteristics of SDN enterprise and put forward four ecological modes of the SDN enterprise collaborative innovation. Through the experience of the Lotka-Voherra model in population dynamics to construct and analysis of the collaborative innovation model,the paper pointed out that the cooperative innovation among the SDN enterprises is a kind of way to SDN enterprise to seek win-win situation.
