我国高校多元化融资模式的构建研究——基于C学院融资现状的考察

An Attempt on the Diverse Financing Model in Chinese Universities ——A Case Study Based on the Status Quo of C College

1999年兴起的高校大扩招浪潮,标志着我国的高等教育开始进入大众化发展阶段,伴随而来的是高等教育规模急剧膨胀对学校各项资金投入的增长需求与高等教育经费投入严重短缺的现状之间的矛盾日益尖锐化。因此,研究如何建立以政府财政拨款为主,其他多种渠道并用的多元化教育融资模式,拓宽资金筹措渠道,充分保障高等教育的质量和高校发展后劲,是十分迫切和必要的。

The enrollment extension of universities in 1999 marked the beginning of mass education in our country＇ s higher education. At the same time, the paradox of growing demand for development fund caused by the rapid expansion of the scale of higher education and the serious shortage of higher education fund is becoming increasingly acute. So the study of how to establish the diverse financing model of combining government fund with others, broadening the financing channels to ensure the quality of higher education and the potential of university＇ s development,is very urgent and necessary.
