专利技术转化是我国企业增强核心竞争力的重要手段。在专利技术转化的研究中,研究者主要关注于高校、企业、政府和市场等转化主体的作用机制,弱化了专利自身价值在转化过程中的重要作用。通过专利价值研究的回顾与总结,深入剖析专利自身价值及其在技术转化过程中的影响因素,总结现有转化机制中存在的问题。从专利自身价值和功能的视角,以专利的技术价值和经济价值为核心,提出有利于优化专利技术转化机制的对策,为更好的实现专利技术向现实生产力的转化提供决策参考。

Patent technology transformation is an essential measure to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprise. During the study of the technology transformation, the researchers have been focused on the function of transformation mechanisms of universities, businesses, government and market for a long period, and wakened the value of the patent itself which shows an important role in the transformation process. Through the review and summary of the study of patent＇ s value, the paper analyzed the value of patent technologies and its influencing factors in the process of technology transformation in- depth, summarized the existing problems in the transformation mechanism. From the perspective of patent and its values and functions, the paper proposed policies to optimize the transformation mechanisms so that it will provide decision-making for better implementation of patent transformation.
