压缩机中的冷冻油是影响压缩机正常运行、寿命和安全性的重要因素。冷冻油的选取优劣直接影响压缩机甚至制冷系统的可靠性寿命。本文通过分析冷冻油的作用、物性、制冷系统的工况范围与各运行条件下冷冻油的物性变化、制冷系统的润滑、兼容性要求、冷冻油选型的实验等给出压缩机冷冻油的选型参考。

The refrigeration oil is an important factor which affect the normal operation, lifespan and safety of the compressor. Selecting the most optimal refrigeration oil will directly affects the reliability of the compressor even the lifespan for refrigeration system. In this paper, the effect and physical properties of refrigeration oil, the range of operating conditions of refrigeration system, the changing of physical properties of refrigeration oil in various operating conditions, the requirements of lubricating and compatibility for refrigeration system ,also the choice experiments of refrigeration oil are analyzed .All the results are offered for reference to choose refrigeration oil in compressor.
