消脂复肝合剂治疗脂肪肝30例的疗效观察

Effective Observation on 30 Cases of Xiaozhi Fugan Mixture in Treatment of Fatty Liver

治疗组用消脂复肝合剂每次 50 ml,每日 2次 ,服 4个月。对照组口服多稀康胶囊 ,每次 2丸 ,每日 3次 ,益肝灵片 ,每次 2片 ,每日 3次 ,服 4个月。结果 ,治疗组 30例总有效率 93.3% ,对照组 2 0例总有效率 60 % ,两组比较有显著差异(P<0 .0 5 ) 。消脂复肝合剂治疗脂肪肝疗效确切。

Xiaozhi Fugan mixture is used in the treatment group,50 ml once,twice every day,for 4 months.Duoxikang capsules are applied in the control group,2 pills once,third every day,and at the same time Yiganling tablets taken,2 tablets once,third every day,both for 4 months.The results show that the all effect rate is 93.3% in 30 cases of the treatment group and that is 60% in 20 cases of the control group.There is remarkable difference between them( P <0.05).So Xiaozhi Fugan mixture has definite effect in treatment of fatty liver.
