针刀治疗颞颌关节功能紊乱症临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Treating Dysfunction of Temporomandibular Joint by Acupuncture Knife

以针刀治疗颞颌关节功能紊乱症 2 6例 ,并与单用针灸组 2 6例作对照。结果 ,两组治愈率分别为 88%和 0 ,有显著性差异。本法主要是使关节周围的变性粘连和挛缩的软组织得到松解 ,关节力学状态得以恢复 ,趋于平衡 ,从根本上解除病因。

cases of patients suffered from dysfunction of temporomandibular joint have been treated by acupuncture knife and compared with 26 cases by acupuncture and moxibustion.The results show that cure rates of the former and the later is separetively 80% and 0 and has obvious difference.This method can relieve denaturalized soft tissue's cementation and contracture around joints in order to recover mechanics situation of joints.Thus its pathogenic factors would be eliminated radically.
