摘要
云南某铅锌尾矿中伴生萤石含量为45.49%,为了有效地回收其中的萤石资源,对其进行了选矿工艺研究。在常温条件下,采用"三次粗选、两次扫选、七次精选"的浮选流程及高效萤石捕收剂FC-8和脉石矿物抑制剂FD-1,最终获得了萤石精矿品位97.12%,总回收率93.50%的优良指标。
The associated fluorite of a lead-zinc tailings in Yunnan assays 45.49% CaF2, and mineral processing process research was conducted temperature, the flotation process of ＂triple taking in order to roughing -twice recover the fluorite resource. At the room scavenging-seven cleaning＂ was adopted, and FC-8 as collector and FD-1 as depressor, finally the fluorite concentrate grading 97.12% CaF2 with a recovery of 93.50% was obtained.
