摘要
充填体内巷道或硐室掘进时采用控制爆破技术,喷锚支护紧跟工作面及时进行。根据凿岩硐室、出矿穿脉、回风联络道及出矿进路所处位置的岩体和充填体情况,合理选择巷道支护方案和参数:凿岩硐室采用喷射混凝土与锚索联合支护方式或锚杆、锚网与喷射混凝土联合支护方式;出矿穿脉及出矿回风联络道采用锚杆、锚网与喷射混凝土联合支护方式;出矿进路眉线处初期采用喷射混凝土、锚杆和金属网联合支护方式,后期采用模筑钢筋混凝土支护。常规支护的创新应用解决了充填体巷道普遍存在的掘进难度大、支护成本高、施工效率低的技术难题。
Tunnel or cavern excavation in filling body is using controlled blasting technology, and the shotcreting-bolting support follows working face in time. According to the rock mass and filling body conditions around drilling chamber, transverse drift, air return laneway and ore tunnel, reasonable roadway support forms and param- eters are as follows., the drilling chamber is using a combined support of shotcrete and anchor rope, or shotcrete-bol- ting-mesh; the transverse drift and air return laneway are using shotcrete-bolting-mesh; the open wiring of ore tun- nel is using initial shotcrete-holting-mesh with late reinforced concrete support. The technical problems of difficult construction, high cost and low efficiency are solved, and in that context, the results in this paper fill the gap in domestic mines~ conventional support technology in the tunnel or cavern of filling body.
