摘要
介绍了一个干旱低山丘陵区采用高浓度堆存的尾矿库设计实例,针对该工程尾矿粒度超细的实际情况,提出了三种尾矿处理方案,即上游式尾矿筑坝、一次性筑坝及高浓度堆存方案。通过对方案进行技术和经济比较,最终确定采用高浓度堆存方案。高浓度堆存方案的坝体稳定性好,可节约大量生产用水,环保效益突出,是一种值得大力推广的尾矿堆存技术。
A tailings pond design example with the high concentration stockpiling techniques in an arid hilly area is introduced, and three kinds of tailings disposal schemes are proposed aimed at the ultrafine particle size of this project tailings. The methods include the upstream embankment method, the one-time damming method and the high concentration stockpiling method. Through the technological and economic comparison of the schemes, the high concentration stockpiling is finally determined. By this method, the stability of dam body will be good, which can save a large amount of producing water and obtain a prominent environmental benefit, This method is a new technology that is worth promoting in tailings stockpiling.
