摘要
文章使用大学生职业决策自我效能量表、社会支持评定量表对牡丹江市310名本科生进行测量发现,大学生职业决策自我效能感与社会支持在整体和各维度上均存在极其显著的正相关关系。研究者从心理学角度出发,提出了高校应通过发挥其社会支持作用,提高学生职业决策自我效能感来引导大学生增强职业决策能力的工作思路。
CDMSE and SSRS are used to 310 college students in Mudanjiang city. The results show that their self-efficacy of career decision-making and social support is significantly correlated in a positive way. it is suggested, from a psychological perspective, schools should provide more social support to improve students' self-efficacy so as to strengthen their career decision-making.
