鼻腔给予丙酸睾丸酮对雌性大鼠旷场行为的影响

Effects of intranasal administration of testosterone propionate on the open field behaviors of female rats

摘要 目的观察雌性大鼠长期鼻腔给予丙酸睾丸酮后的旷场行为变化,推测鼻腔给予丙酸睾丸酮对中枢神经系统的影响。方法通过旷场实验观察雌性大鼠鼻腔给予丙酸睾丸酮后静止闻嗅行为、探索行为、趋触性行为、运动行为和理毛行为的变化。结果 Intact-T组的静止状态闻嗅次数比正常组增加了47%(P<0.05)。Intact-T组大鼠鼻腔给予丙酸睾丸酮后climbing、rearing和sniffing行为次数比正常组分别减少了43%(P<0.05)、56%(P<0.05)和40%(P<0.05)。Intact-T组大鼠鼻腔给予丙酸睾丸酮后垂直运动、水平运动和总径长比正常组分别减少了46%、45%和42%(P均<0.05)。Intact-T组大鼠鼻腔给予丙酸睾丸酮后理毛潜伏期比正常组减少了84%(P<0.05),理毛数量和理毛持续时间比正常组分别增加了48%和41%。结论长期鼻腔给予丙酸睾丸酮增加了雌性大鼠的静止行为,减少了其活动行为。 Objective To investigate the effects of long-term intranasal administration of testosterone propionate on the central nervous system by analyzing the open field behavior of rats. Methods The open field test was used to analyze five types of behavioral patterns of female rats including static sniffing behavior, exploratory behavior, thigmotaxis behavior, motor behavior and grooming behavior. Results After intranasal administration of testosterone propionate the static sniffing number of times in intact-T group were increased by 47%, as compared with those in intact group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The number of times of climbing, rearing and sniffing behavior in intact T group were decreased by 43%, 56% ,40%, respectively, as compared with those in intact group ( P 〈 0.05). The vertical activity, horizontal activity and the total path length in intact T group were decreased by 46% ,45% ,42%, respectively, as compared with those in intact group (P 〈 0. 05 ). The latency time of grooming in intact T group was decreased by 84%, however, grooming events and the duration of grooming were increased by 48%, as compared with those in intact group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The long-term intranasal administration of testosterone propionate can increase static behaviors of female rats, however, which can decrease the rats activity behaviors in open field test.
