摘要
目的利用CT引导下构建兔VX2肺肿瘤模型。方法家兔50只,CT引导下将载有VX2肺肿瘤组织悬液的亲水凝胶接种于家兔右肺内。自接种后7 d起,每3天进行1次CT扫描观察肿瘤生长和胸腔内转移的情况,并对模型成功的家兔进行病理检查确认。结果接种的50只家兔中,1例麻醉后穿刺死亡(2%),3例发生气胸(6%),6例发生多发结节生长并出现胸腔积液(12%),剩余41只(82%)符合肺癌模型的标准。成功兔肺癌模型的肿瘤长到约1 cm的时间为(11±2.2)d。结论利用CT引导下构建兔VX2肺肿瘤模型,方法简便。为进一步应用,奠定了良好的基础。
Objective To establish VX2 lung cancer model in rabbits under MSCT guidance. Methods 50 rabbits were percutaneously injected VX2 lung tumor tissue suspension into right lung under MSCT guidance, 7 days after tumor transplantation, MSCT scan was performed to observe the circumstance of tumor growth and metastasis in thoracic cavity once every 3 days, and identified the successful models through pathological examination. Results Among 50 rabbits, there was 1 death case (2%) due to anesthesia,3 cases (6%) of pneumothorax,6 cases (12%) of multiple tubercles with pleural effusion, the other 41 rabbits (82%) were consistent with the criteria of lung cancer models. The mean time of tumor diameter about 1 cm was ( 11 + 2.2) d in the rabbits with lung cancer models being successful established. Conclusion To establish VX2 lung cancer model in rabbits under MSCT guidance is simple and effective, which provides favorable basis for further research application.
