蓝光滤过型IOL与染色非球面IOL的视觉质量比较研究

摘要 目的探讨蓝光滤过型人工晶状体(SN60AT)与染色非球面人工晶状体(AQ-310Ni)在中间视力下视觉对比敏感度及色觉方面的差异。方法选择双眼白内障患者30人共60只眼进行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术,随机选取一眼植入SN60AT,另一眼植入AQ-310Ni,比较两组的最佳校正视力、瞳孔直径、SPP2色觉检查及对比敏感度。结果在所有亮度条件下,SN60AT组与AQ-310Ni组的最佳矫正视力、瞳孔直径、伪调节等方面比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);在50Lux和20Lux亮度下,AQ-310Ni组的SPP2色觉要优于SN60AT组(P<0.05);在所有亮度条件下,对比敏感度检查中,AQ-310Ni组的对比敏感度要优于SN60AT组(P<0.05)。结论 AQ-310Ni更接近正常年轻人的晶状体折射光谱,在较暗的光线条件下具有更好的视觉质量。
