摘要随着围产技术及重症监护技术的提高，目前越来越多的早产儿得以存活。因此，早产儿的神经系统后遗症日渐成为人们首要关注的问题之一。生发基质-脑室内出血（germinalmatrixhemorrhage．intravent．ricularhemorrhage，GMH—IVH）是早产儿主要的脑损伤形式。
