亚低温治疗在重型颅脑损伤中的应用分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨亚低温治疗在重型颅脑损伤患者中的应用及疗效分析.方法:将112例重型颅脑损伤患者随机分为亚低温组和对照组,各56例.前者在常规治疗的基础上,采用冰毯将体温降至32~34℃,后者仅用常规治疗.根据GCS评分对患者6个月时的神经系统功能进行评分,治疗过程中记录颅内压及并发症的发生情况.结果:亚低温组预后良好率为62.50%,病死率为10.71%;对照组预后良好率为26.79%,病死率为25.00%,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤能提高患者的生存率及生存质量,是一种安全、有效的方法,值得临床推广应用.
