多排螺旋CT在肋骨骨折中的应用及其优势

The application value of spiral CT in the fracture of rib

目的:探讨肋骨骨折在螺旋CT中的的应用价值。方法:回顾分析65例胸部外伤后行螺旋CT扫描的影像学资料,并加以总结。结果:65例肋骨骨折,螺旋CT检出率为99.4%,X线检出率81.4%。结论:螺旋CT,特别是在MPR及三维重建技术在显示肋骨骨折的空间关系上具有非常大的优势,优于X线平片,有利于临床诊断及制定治疗方案,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the application value of spiral CT in the fracture of rib. Methods a retrospective analysis of 65 cases of thoracic trauma were images of spiral CT scanning data, and summarize. Results 65 cases of rib fracture, spiral CT de^ection rate was 99. 4%, the detection rate of X - ray in 81.4%. Conclusion spiral CT, especially in MPR and three - dimensional reconstruction in display has the enormous advantage of spatial relationship of rib fracture,is superior to X - ray plain film. Is conducive to the development of clini- cal diagnosis and treatment,it has high value in clinical application.
