舒适护理联合人性化护理在无痛人工流产术中的临床疗效

The clinical curative effect on painless abortion using comfort care and humane care

目的:探讨舒适护理联合人性化护理在无痛人工流产术中的临床疗效。方法:对在手术室行无痛人工流产术的患者80例,采用随机抽样方法平均分成观察组和对照组,其中对照组为常规护理,观察组为舒适护理联合个性化护理,并应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和多功能心电监护仪,评估患者术后的焦虑程度及比较其血压和心率的变化。结果:观察组患者术后的焦虑程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者术后的血压及心率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理联合人性化护理能明显缓解无痛人工流产术患者的焦虑情绪,稳定其血压和心率的变化,有利于手术的顺利进行及术后的康复。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect on painless abortion using comfort care and humane care. Methods 80 patients with painless abortion in the operating room of our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 ,were randomly divided into observa- tion group and control group. The method in the control group was routine nursing. Besides the routine nursing,we used the comfort care and humane care in the observation group. We evaluated the pestopemtive anxiety levels of patients using SAS, and compared the changes of their postoperative blood pressures and heart rates using multifunctional ecg monitor. Results The postoperative anxiety levels in the obser- vation group were significantly lower compared to the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Additionally, the postoperative blood pressures and heart rates in the observation group were signitlcandy lower in comparison of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The comfort care and humane care can reduce the anxiety levels of patients with painless abortion, and play a significant role in maintaining blood pressure and heart rate steadily, which will be good to the smooth operation and the postoperative rehabilitation.
