不同产区半夏药材中鸟苷含量的测定

Determination of Guanosine of Rhizoma Pinelliae at Different Districts in China

目的 :测定不同产区生半夏药材中鸟苷的含量。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法。结果 :不同产区的半夏药材中鸟苷的含量存在很大差异 ,其中以山西省产的半夏中鸟苷的含量最高 (约为 0 .0 2 2 0 % ) ,而以河南省产的半夏中的鸟苷含量为最低 (约为 0 .0 0 38% ) ,鸟苷的含量与半夏药材的等级有关。结论 :生半夏药材中的鸟苷含量不应低于 0 .0 0 8%。

Objective:To determine guanosine of Rhizoma Pinelliae at various districts in China.Methods:The technology of RP HPLC was used.Results:Guanosine contents of R. Pinelliae at different districts in China were very different, the guanosine content of R. Pinelliae growing in Shanxi Province is the highest(about 0.0220%), and which growing in Henan Province is the lowest(about 0.0038%). The guanosine content was associated with the grades of R. Pinelliae.Conclusion:Guanosine content of R. Pinelliae shouldn't be lower than 0.008%.
