微型钛板内固定术治疗颌骨骨折120例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 120 Cases of Miniature Titanium Plate Internal Fixation for the Treatment of Maxillofacial Fracture

目的:探讨应用微型钛板内固定术治疗颌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2007年9月—2013年6月收治并进行微型钛板内固定术治疗颌骨骨折120例患者进行回顾性临床资料分析。结果:120例中108例(90.00%)创口Ⅰ期愈合;8例(6.67%)创口感染延期愈合;4例(3.33%)术后出现轻度错颌,经颌间牵引固定,咬合关系均恢复良好。结论:微型钛板坚强内固定术是一种创伤小、愈合快、安全有效的治疗颌骨骨折的方法,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of the feasibility of rigid internal fixation（RIF） with titanium mini-plate for the treatment of maxillary and jaw fracture. Methods： Selected 120 cases of patients with mandibular fracture treated by rigid internal iixation（RIF） with titanium mini-plate were analyzed retrospectively from Sep 2007 to Dec 2012. Results：Among the 120 cases,the wound of tissue healed at ~[ stage in 108 cases（90.00~）. All cases re- ceived satisfacion outcome, except for 8 cases with infection and 4 cases in the postoperative slight malocclusion. Con- ehlsion： RIF with the titanium mini-plate rigid internal fixation is an effective and safety technique for the treatment of maxillary and jaw fracture. Can be used in clinical application.
