深圳市宝安区流动儿童计划免疫实施情况影响因素探讨

The Related Factors of the Migrant Children in Baoan District,Shenzhen City

目的：探讨当前影响流动儿童接受预防接种实施的主要因素，为深圳庞大流动儿童群体的计划免疫相关工作提供依据。方法：采用系统抽样和简单随机抽样的方法在深圳市宝安区分别抽取部分0～6周岁的流动儿童和户籍儿童，对他们的计划免疫实施情况进行问卷调查。结果：影响流动儿童计划免疫接种的主要因素有父亲文化程度、母亲文化程度、家庭平均月收入、家庭距离接种点的距离，具体表现为：父亲文化程度越高、母亲文化程度越高、家庭平均月收入越高、家庭与接种点的距离越近的流动儿童接种率越高。结论：应提高卫生服务的质量，加强对流动儿童的管理和追踪，对流动儿童家庭给予充分的社会支持。

Objective：To survey the situation of the planed immunization in migrant children in Baoan district so as to provide evidence for the perfection of the planed immunization. Methods： Part of migrant children and the children of permanent-resident from 0 to 6 years old in Baoan District, Shenzhen city were Selected by stratified sampling method and simple random sampling method to investigate the status of the planed immunization. Results： The influencing fac- tors of the planed immunization in the migrant children were mainly the education level of parents, the monthly income of the family, the distance between residence and the inoculating place. In another word, the higher the education the parents received, the higher the monthly income the family got, the shorter the distance between residence and the inoc- ulating place was, the higher inoculating rate the migrant children would get. Conclusion： Improve the quality of health services,strengthen the management and tracking of migrant children, given adequate social support for migrant chil- dren＇ s family.
