淋痛灵治疗糖尿病合并泌尿系感染52例临床观察

Investigation on Clinical Effect of Lintongling Decoction on Diabetes Mellitus, in Association with Urinary Tract Infection of 52 cases

目的 :观察中药汤剂治疗糖尿病合并泌尿系感染的效果。方法 :淋痛灵方剂由丹参、当归、丹皮、益母草、小蓟、半枝莲、石苇等药物组成。以淋痛灵与达美康加三金片对照 ,疗程 1月。结果 :对于改善泌尿系感染症状 ,降低血糖 ,治疗组优于对照组 ,有效率 90 .38% ,对照组 70 %。结论 :淋痛灵治疗糖尿病合并泌尿系感染有效 ,值得推广。

Objective: To investigate the curative effect of Lintongling Decoction on diabetes mellitus, in association with urinary tract infection. Methods: Lintongling Decotion prescription is composed of Radix salviae Miltiorrhizae, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Cortex moutan, Herba Leonuri, Herba cirsii, Herba Scutellariae Barbatae and Folium Pyrrosiae. Patients were divided into two groups at random: the therapeutic group treated with Lintongling Decoction and control group treated with Diamicron and Sanjin Tablets. The courses for both groups lasted one month. Results: It indicated that the therapentic group was superior to the control group in symptoms improvement of urinary tract infection and decrease of blood glucose. The effective rates were 90.38% for the therapeutic group and 70% for the control group.Conclusion: Lintongling Decoction is effective for diabetes mellitus, in association with urinary tract infection, and worth of popularization.
